gf Google Nexus Repair Policy
  •  Unit will be repaired should it go faulty or be reported after 14 days
  •  Customer will contact us to advise of the fault
  •  Collection will be arranged with Trudy / Kat
  •  Once we receive the stock it will be sent to Tarsus
  •  Trudy will update customer every 2nd day on the status of the repair
  •  The TAT on a repair is  10-14 working days
