Swap out process

 Swop out process

·         Arrange a swop out date with client ( Confirm stock with Shaun first)
·         Cancel order on AE
·         Make a detailed comment on AE
·         Send a request to Shaun to place a new order (agent must specify the address)

  1.       Placing New Order:

·         Shaun will send the Old and New order number to Trudy to arrange swop out


  1. 2Arranging with RAM:

·         Trudy will then send the request to RAM , Nkosi, and Godwin requesting for a collection and delivery on the same day

·         Nkosi/Godwin will mark the parcel with a swop out sticker

·         This will enable the couriers to know that they have to collect a parcel from the client


3.       Receipt of Faulty Unit:

·         Once the parcel is returned to DP, Trudy will remove the shipped and delivered date as well as the Serial number.
