  1. Introduction:
Hair Heroes is a family business. The 3 superheroes in our story are Ivy, Derek and Deirdre - a mother and her son and daughter. They have a passion for all things related to hair and beauty – having been involved in the industry for over 20 years.
The aim is to offer customers hair and beauty solutions that are easy enough to do yourself and to avail great products which that caters for a wide range of needs.
The aim is to also get these products sent to their clients quickly and efficiently.
Products: Hair Pieces – Extensions – Hair care Products – Styling tools – Accessories – Eyelashes, etc.
 
  1. Digital Planet’s Role:
 
  • Digital Planet does not provide any customer support in any way
  • Digital Planet is responsible for the building and maintenance of the site
 
  1. Ordering Process:
 
  • All Orders are processed by the customer via the Hair Heroes Site
  • Customer has 2 payment options, EFT and Credit Card
 
  • Credit Card:
 
  • Client facilitates the payment process
  • Immediate authorization and settlement of funds
  • Client processes the order
  • Client will ship the order to the customer
 
  • EFT:
 
  • Client facilitates the payment process
  • Client receives payment on their bank statement
  • Client updates payment on the order
  • Client processes the order
  • Client will ship the order to the customer
